In cooperation with Hemmaplan, WDO arranged two big events for the Boliden Rönnskär’s personnel and their partners. During two Fridays in November, a total of 1300 people enjoyed a three-course meal, each other’s company as well as an international recognized entertainment.
Together with Hemmaplan, WDO arranged all practical details regarding the event, such as bookings, artists, contracts, decorations and invitations. We also contributed on an early stage with strategic ideas regarding the theme of the event, artists etc.
