During the spring of 2009, WDO was given the brief to produce images for Nike 6.0’s European (and to some extent international) advertising campaign. The material, consisting of lifestyle and action images of their athletes, was used throughout a number of core and mainstream media as well as for point-of-sale.
“With the hectic schedules of today's action sports athletes, it's imperative that on the day of the shoot nothing is left to chance and that every available minute is utilised to the maximum. The pre and post-production handled by WDO should be the envy of photographers worldwide.
In a week, they somehow managed to get a selection of the most inspiring shots I had seen all year. Shots that now adorn the pages of magazines, brochures and point of sale throughout Europe.”
